How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
- 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)
- 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)
Covid-19 Delays?
We are currently facing delays for most of out orders. Our team is diligently working to get orders out. We are working as efficiently as possible while following required guidelines to ensure safety.
Returns and Refunds
Any claim for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide a an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
How long does it take to process a refund?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

Damaged Artwork:
If you receive a damaged piece of art work, you must report within 3 days of delivery. Then simply email pictures of the damaged packaging prior to opening to [email protected], before returning the item to us with its original package. Please mail package to return address on original package. Include a print out of the confirmation of purchase. We will refund you on the return shipping. Once we receive the damaged item we will notify you with the option to refund. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.
If you receive the wrong order:
Simply notify us and return the item. Package must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange if for you, and refund you the return shipping. Please contact [email protected].
Shipping Policy / Rates:
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transpiration strikes or delays, or customs or back end charges once the package has exited the country of origin. Once the packages are in transit no charges can be made.
